How to Make Mama Tom Yum Hot Pot, a Budget-Friendly Dish
Ingredients for Mama Tom Yum Hot Pot:
3 packs of Mama Tom Yum Kung Clear Soup
2 eggs, separate the yolks and whites
Pork roll, minced pork, pork meatballs, and sausage (as desired)
Chili paste
Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves
Fresh lime
Chopped bird's eye chilies
Bean sprouts
Chopped spring onions, celery, and coriander
Chili powder
Fish sauce
Pork broth or water with stock cubes
How to Make Mama Tom Yum Hot Pot: Bring the broth to a boil. Add the pork, meatballs, sausage, and pork roll. Boil until cooked and set aside.
Add chili paste, Mama seasoning, and lemongrass to the broth. Cover and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Season the Tom Yum soup with fish sauce and chili powder. Add the egg white and shredded kaffir lime leaves.
